Thank you for shopping with us. Many of our items are made-to-order, custom-produced, personalized, or prepared through trusted production and fulfillment partners. Because of this, production, processing, shipping, and delivery times may vary depending on the item, destination, fulfillment location, carrier, and time of year.
Please review all product details, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing checkout.
Order Processing & Production
Most orders require time to be processed, produced, quality checked, packed, and prepared for shipment before they are handed to the shipping carrier.
Made-to-order items typically require 3–5 business days for production before shipment.
Select partner-fulfilled items may require approximately 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Production and processing times are estimates only. Because many items are created, printed, engraved, assembled, or prepared individually, there may occasionally be delays due to order volume, supplier delays, quality checks, holidays, peak shopping periods, or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Origin & Split Shipments
Items may ship from different fulfillment locations depending on the product. Some items may ship from within North America, while others may ship from an international fulfillment partner.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately in different packages and at different times.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are provided for general guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, border inspections, tariff-related processing, regulatory changes, weather events, holidays, high order volume, labor disruptions, geopolitical events, supply chain disruptions, customs fees, carrier backlogs, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.
Ordering for a Specific Date or Holiday
If you are ordering for a birthday, holiday, event, or special occasion, please order early.
We do our best to provide estimated delivery windows, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly stated in writing.
Orders placed too close to the date they are needed are not eligible for refund, cancellation, or replacement solely because they did not arrive in time.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, border delays, tariff-related processing, geopolitical events, labor disruptions, supply chain disruptions, or other outside factors do not qualify for a refund.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email if tracking is available for your item.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created. In some cases, tracking may take several days to update, especially during peak shipping periods or when packages are moving between carriers or fulfillment locations.
Order Accuracy, Address Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Due to the made-to-order and partner-fulfilled nature of many of our products, orders cannot be changed, edited, or cancelled after they are submitted. This includes changes to the shipping address, product selection, size, color, quantity, personalization details, or shipping method.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are accurate before purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is available.
Optional Shipping Protection for Eligible Items
Optional shipping protection may be available at checkout for eligible items. Shipping protection can help cover certain shipping-related issues such as loss, damage in transit, or eligible delivery problems, depending on the protection terms. If shipping protection is not purchased, shipping-related claims may be limited and are not guaranteed to qualify for refund or replacement.
