Return & Refund Policy

Because many of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, printed, engraved, or prepared through trusted production and fulfillment partners, all return and refund requests must be reviewed before approval.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

 


 

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing the damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label, if applicable

Clear photo or video proof is required before any refund or replacement can be reviewed or approved.

Once we receive your request, we will review the issue and determine whether the order qualifies for a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Optional shipping protection may be available at checkout for eligible items. Shipping protection can help cover certain shipping-related issues such as loss, damage in transit, or eligible delivery problems, depending on the protection terms. If shipping protection is not purchased, shipping-related claims may be limited and are not guaranteed to qualify for refund or replacement.


 

Items Not Eligible for Refund, Return, Cancellation, or Replacement

We do not accept refunds, returns, cancellations, or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Customer changing their mind

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses entered by the customer

  • Customer mistakes in product selection, size, color, style, variant, quantity, or personalization details

  • Requests to change or cancel an order after it has been submitted

  • Orders placed too close to a holiday, birthday, event, or special occasion that do not arrive in time

  • Shipping carrier delays, customs delays, border delays, tariff-related delays, regulatory delays, geopolitical disruptions, labor disruptions, weather events, holiday backlogs, supply chain disruptions, or other delays outside of our control

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings, lighting, photography, display differences, or digital rendering

  • Slight variations in size, scale, placement, proportions, materials, finish, texture, brightness, engraving, printing, image positioning, design rendering, or overall appearance

  • Natural or expected variations in handmade, custom-produced, printed, engraved, assembled, or made-to-order items

  • Packaging damage when the product itself is not damaged

  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier, unless official non-delivery confirmation is provided

  • Items that have been used, worn, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval

 


 

Product Images, Mockups & Slight Variations

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, product photos, mockups, digital renderings, lifestyle images, scale references, and preview images are for visual reference only.

Because products may be photographed, digitally rendered, printed, engraved, assembled, produced, or finished individually, slight variations may occur.

These variations may include, but are not limited to, differences in:

  • Color

  • Size

  • Scale

  • Placement

  • Proportions

  • Brightness

  • Texture

  • Finish

  • Material appearance

  • Printed details

  • Engraving placement

  • Image positioning

  • Design rendering

  • Overall appearance

  • How the item appears in different lighting or display settings

These small variations are normal and do not qualify as defects unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.

 


 

Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are created specifically after an order is placed.

For this reason, custom, personalized, printed, engraved, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or there was a confirmed production error.

 


 

Sizing, Scale & Product Details

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, size details, variant options, personalization details, and product images carefully before placing your order.

Product images may not always show exact scale. Lifestyle images, mockups, digital previews, and display images are intended to help show the design, mood, style, or use of the item, but they may not perfectly represent the exact size, proportions, brightness, finish, or final appearance of the physical product.

If the correct item, size, color, style, variant, quantity, or personalization was ordered and fulfilled, we cannot offer a refund or replacement due to preference, expectation, misunderstanding of size or scale, or customer ordering error.

 


 

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier or local post office first.

To review a delivered-but-not-received claim, we may require written confirmation from the carrier stating that the package was not delivered to the correct address.

Without official carrier confirmation, we may be unable to issue a refund or replacement.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless the carrier confirms a delivery error.

 


 

Return Instructions

Some approved cases may not require the item to be returned, while others may require return approval before a replacement or refund can be processed.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved defect, damage, incorrect item, or confirmed fulfillment error.

Do not return items to the sender address on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

 


 

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the refund is due to an approved defect, damage, incorrect item, or confirmed fulfillment error.
